LiLY helps older New Yorkers age in place through a unique model built on long-term relationships.
Rooted in the community, LiLY brings older adults and volunteers together through social groups, friendly visits, and one-to-one connection.
When life becomes more challenging, LiLY provides the practical support, coordination, and steady follow-through that make it possible for older adults to remain safely at home and engaged in the lives they know.
The support raised through this event makes it possible for LiLY to continue showing up for older New Yorkers in West Harlem and Morningside Heights.
