LiLY helps older adults in Morningside Heights and West Harlem stay socially connected, cared for, and independent. Through free, neighbor-to-neighbor support, we make sure no one grows older alone.

How We Help

LiLY brings neighbors together to help older adults stay connected, supported, and independent — for free.

  • Make aging at home easier. We offer personalized help with everyday challenges — from errands and appointments to care coordination and home safety — so living alone remains comfortable and secure.
  • Offer connection at every age. Social groups, classes, and celebrations that keep life active and full of friendship.
  • Empower neighbors to pay it forward. Many LiLY volunteers are older adults themselves — giving now and building the network that will support them later.
  • Partner across the community. Collaboration with hospitals, pharmacies, and local groups to expand access to care and wellness.
  • Create a neighborhood of care. Connecting neighbors of all ages to make sure no one grows older alone.
