Jonathan and Renee Slon and their three children, Maeve, Sidney and Nigel, all enjoy being a part of our community and forming lasting friendships with Morningside Village elders. All three children are busy high schoolers, but they are also Morningside Village’s unofficial tech support team. their parents, Renee and John, have demanding careers. Renee is a Trauma Nurse at Mt. Sinai – St. Luke’s Hospital. She also teaches LiLY’s Morningside Village Tai Chi class twice weekly. And, Jonathan is a filmmaker. Johnathan is now leading our Movie Circle, making it possible for Morningside Village to feature two films a month at the library (see schedule of activities), rather than just one.
