Joe Francis is an active member of LiLY’s newest project, West Harlem Neighbors, which is a “sister”-group-to-the-north to Morningside Village in Morningside Heights. Joe is a singer, and he plays piano for the West Harlem Neighbors Music Group. It meets on Thursday afternoon from 1-3pm on West 131st Street and Convent Avenue. AND, you are invited.
