Paula Seefeldt, MSW, is Executive Director of LiLY (Lifeforce in Later Years), where she leads programs that help older adults in Morningside Heights and West Harlem remain independent, connected, and supported. She previously served as Director of LiLY’s Morningside Village program, overseeing volunteer engagement, partnerships, and individualized assistance for neighborhood elders.
A social worker with a master’s degree from Fordham University, Paula began her career working with teens and families in schools and recovery centers before turning her focus to older adults more than a decade ago. She is known for her compassionate and holistic approach—helping families navigate sensitive situations, linking elders to medical and economic resources, and fostering meaningful relationships among volunteers, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
As Executive Director, Paula brings her deep commitment to mental health, community collaboration, and neighborhood-based care to LiLY’s unique model of aging-in-place. She continues to build on the organization’s founding vision that older adults are vital members of their communities and that care and connection can be sustained where people live and belong.
