Eligibility

Where We Live

LiLY participants live within our service area - from 105th to 145th Streets on the West Side. Older adults and volunteers live within the same community. LiLY staff work 24/7 and live close by, able to lend a hand in times of urgent needs.

Out and About

LiLY participants often "bump into" one another in the neighborhood. Social groups are held outdoors, at local libraries, in community rooms, and in participant homes. Special outings are held throughout the year. Staff and volunteers can assist with travel to programming.

Life Transitions

Emergency room visits, apartment issues, new medical diagnosis, loss of a loved one, transitioning back home after rehab, isolation and loneliness – “life” is busy and challenging for many of us.

LiLY, working on behalf of our oldest neighbors since 2009, is standing by to help, 24/7.
