Jennifer Beisser is a nonprofit executive with extensive experience leading community revitalization, economic development, and fundraising initiatives across New York City neighborhoods including Morningside Heights, West Harlem, Union Square, Lower Manhattan, and the South Bronx. As President of LiLY’s Board of Directors, she guides the organization’s strategic direction, governance, and community partnerships.
Jennifer has been deeply involved with LiLY for more than a decade — first as Fundraising Chair and now as Board President — helping to expand volunteer programs, strengthen neighborhood connections, and sustain LiLY’s mission to help older adults remain independent and connected.
Previously, she served as Executive Director of the Morningside Area Alliance and held senior leadership roles with the Union Square Partnership, SoBRO, and Seedco. She continues to consult with mission-driven nonprofits on program design, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising strategy.
